Our major expertise is CNC-chipping with milling and turning machines according to customer drawings or 3-D design . We fit complete assemblies or components meeting your requirements . Necessary material testing , surface finishing , heat treatment and welding is commisioned by our certified suppliers . With our skills and experience we advise and assist our customers with their projects.

Construction

For constructing parts or assemblies e.g. for clamping fixtures we use the 3-D-CAD system SolidWorks.

3-D-design

Programming of our machinery is done directly at the machine by modern Heidenhain control systems or by 2 places for the CAM system Surfcam .

PPS-Software D4:Produktion

All processes from quotation till delivery and all data is managed by PPS System D4:Produktion.
Data from machines and workers is entered by touchscreens in the shopfloor.
The systems submits a overview about all purchase orders und ensures traceability of products.
